The RSOC allow/condone "log book only" owners to be Full Members and even hold a registrars position as well so why worry about it ?

yes dave your right m8 i think that the rsoc commitee should all fetch their cars with all the registrar's cars to n.d. to see what they own so members can rip their cars or logbooks to bits

well the old log book scam rolls on it looks like the man on the british rally forum knows who it is so why doesnt he expose em ????? then lets hope its not anybody we know
