Pretty sure it's nothing new.Same as drinking,eating apple etc that people have been nailed for before.Seen as only one hand on wheel not in full control bollocks. Although if you can't do any of the above whilst driving you shouldn't be at the wheel in the first place! Fcuk knows how they'll go about convinceing people that this is the case, as disabled people with one arm can drive. Think i'd rather have a fagger with fag behind me than stressed to fcuk fagger without! Sounds more like a reason to dish out more handy tax grabbing fines!

Its not LAW yet, its only a rule in the Highway code.

But like cossie si said you can get done for not been in full control of your vehicle under the current LAW by having almost anything in your hand when behind the wheel or in control of a motorised vehicle if they really want to do you but that will depend on the real reason they stopped you or if its a serious RTA.

what happens if your picking your nose isn,t that taking your hand off the wheel as well, load of bo--ocks, money grabbing scum, it dont matter to them, none of them even have driving licenses they dont live in the REAL world.
