                      Camping:
Access from Mid afternoon Sunday. Cost of an additional £4.00 per head will be charged by the venue, who will provide access to site facilities, toilets, showers.
Site access will not be allowed after about 10pm, and the gate will be locked.
Security personnel will be on site, and unreasonable behaviour will not be tolerated.

Parking: If the field is set out, then it is PROBABLE that you can park you vehicle ready for showing - but this is not a promise at this time.

                      BBQ's:
Brantingham Park is a Rugby Club, and the grass needs to remain as undamaged as possible.
                      Hence, catagorically NO BBQ's allowed.
I realise that this is primarily aimed at disposable BBQ's because of the damage they cause, but we cannot have rules for one and not for others. Food - see below..

Pets: For the above reasons, Pets are also NOT ALLOWED.

                      Venue Facilities:
For anyone camping, the Bar will be open on the Sunday evening for food / drink.
There is also a separate function being run by the venue - Soul/Motown evening, with HogRoast. £10.00 per head.
