Price of rear panel?

Hi, I had a disaster recently and needed new "Ford" old stock rear panel. I was told if I could find one, I could probably get one for over £300. I had a lucky bid on Ebay, and won it for £280. Another followed on Ebay, a week or two later for approx £320. If my car is mint, I was advised to try and get an original Ford item, I'm glad I did. Good Luck.
