With all the bad weather we have had this summer i havent even taken my mk2 out from its carcoon since last october when i put it in there

I want to do the lakes tour next year so i need to get my arse into gear early in 2008 and get it MOt"ed etc

I still make a coffee and go into the garage every couple of days and just sit and look at it in its little bubble ,,,,,,sad isnt it

We have had the odd few days to go for a run.....went again in mine tonight, 15 miles, washed it put it back to bed. Terrific.

How can you not take it out for a year?....is it taxed?...if so , why?

I have a few other RS cars so dont use it much anyway .
I also am a little scared to use it as its my favourite car and with only 37,000 miles on the clock and still has never had any paintwork from new im always worried some boy racer runs into it

I had the chance this year to meet a few old school boys at shows and was honestly very very impressed with how welcome you all make people feel so i am hoping to see more of you all in 2008
