national day

this was my first national day , yes the rain dampened it a little , but i get the feeling it was not up to much , so was it good or bad, no long winded winges please or bun fights please just sum it up in a few words and vote , personally i was not impressed

I have voted bad

My reasons :-

1, should not have been a shared day

2, Poor track availablity - due to item No1

3, No atmosphere

4, No on site (or nearby) camping

5, felt very much like the whole event was sponsored by Poundland (done on the cheap)

RSOC National Day has always aimed, and on most occasions has been, the show that all other shows aim to beat - this year has easily been surpassed by other shows !

Again, i dont think the weather helped. It didn,t have the atmosphere of the biggest day of the year. No buzz at all.

everything Dave said really, this must be my 7th or 8th National day.

Although I have to say not that bothered about the camping on site as compaired to last year at Donington the brook was 100 x better

would of voted ok as i was in the concours and enjoyed the chat with all there and meeting people etc, everying looked too far away for me (track) so i didnt have a look,

sorry but voted bad as the atmos wasnt there imo

all that were involved did there best on the day

there was just a lack of atmosphere,didnt feel like nd should feel,yesterday at wsm felt like a better day,better weather and more cars people out
