I never did the article cause the commitee didn't show enough interest.

I came to national day to support someone for track as they asked me...

It was the worse show in 15 years.

I am banned from the rsoc for maxine having a go at me and me returning the favour, don't see her being banned LOL

i decided to go it with dave and do croft mate as you know and awarded me for it.

Croft is a very successfull track day...

National day this year was not - if you think it was then you clearly are not the person for organising the event. Plain as.

Just keep hearing from old school national day people that the track action was crap and the show felt like an industrial car boot sale...

The only good thing about National Day was the pickup race, everything else was not to my taste and if it was at Rockingham again I would not go.

I went round the traders stands... CRAP! Did you go to Ford Fair this year Mr Ellison? If so you would of seen the hundreds of trade stands selling loads and loads of parts, in fact there was too many to look around!

Ford Fair 2002 was at Rockingham and was much better as it used the infield and still had track action on the oval but I'd better not mention that or else Nat Day 2008 will be 'new and improved' on the infield at Rockingham and thats not what anyone would want.

Oh, another good thing was the RS500 display, but the one at Ford Fair beat that by miles, well done Paul.

Concours was a bit of a joke, why not do a competition 'How to **** off the bufty owners' Many will not return. I cant help but feel sorry for the newcomers in the novice category, god knows what they must think.

Change the venue, its that simple. Change who runs it.

Ford Fair was a much better show, it was run by enthuisasts LOL...

I went because i was supporting someone - i got there sat to support them to which to my knowledge was the worse run track event i have ever been to and the track time was shocking. I came back sat did the support thing, checked my local group stand, laughed at the traders and was home by about 3pm....

I didn't go to national day as i normally do mate, sorry n all.

We can only layout the traders we get, so kay ser rar ser rar, went to ford fair in 2002 in the infield, not my cup of tea,like a maze !

Topaz as for concourse my view is Novice should all go together. there are only 100 point on offer so its down to how clean your car is..... the entrance i was told had been contacted to say due to number the group will all be together. I have apologised to those concerned on the day if they weren't told
