Had an email from Oulton Park

Gents,
thought I would test the water with Oulton Park regarding a show and track day, well someone has to put their foot foreward . I have asked the question if they would be interested in hosting this type of event with us possibly block booking one of their trackdays and holding a show at the same time. I received a very prompt reply from their organiser, very positive but dates could be an issue, I have replied questioning further the use of their pre arranged trackdays.

Don't know what you guys think but it will give us something to think about, especially the track hero's .........xpack , dingy , mexit , custom ......

This sounds like a really good idea and something we can help you out with, however I presume you are going to want a weekend date. From approximately April through until November, all of our race circuits will have race events on both weekend days.

Outside of the race season it will be more feasible to book a weekend day, or obviously weekdays throughout the year.

Gr8 News, Oulton Park is Brilliant, had a day in a Esc Coz doing there rally day a few years ago, great track and plenty of grass for static, (plus its dead close to me, tee hee..

Good man Giz, please keep us informed ,have heard back from Oulton and as stated in several places Oulton are booked solid so I think its a non runner.

I have tried to book oulton as an rsoc track day in november - club don't appear to want to do anything with me.

Shame cause we could have pulled this off....

i d oulton trackdays twice a year and would love to see somthing happen in that area, thought rockingham was shocking and would have to wonder where my subs go each year, only join so i can enjoy national day.
