Damage repairs to plastic front bumper/valance

All modern cars these days seem to be made of plastic below the headlights (combined grill, bumper, valance).

Anyone know if it is possible to make repairs if the plastic is torn/damaged - (with filler/paint)?

i know you can plastic weld bumpers etc, ive seen it done and you cant tell it was damaged
