Its the same judge because the same person is still registrar and thus is the preferred choice of judge as they should know the most about their relevant model. (by relevant model I mean RS2000/RS mexico etc.... not their actual car)
This year in theory I should have judged the fiesta's being the registar, however as my car was entered it would have been unfair for me to judge the class myself.
Also I have done a lot of work on the other fiesta entered (my brothers), so even if I didn't enter mine I would still not want to judge the class due to the risk of agro it could cause.
So, I can see 2 possible ways to change the judge next year.
1. Someone else stand for the position and get democratically elected by persons at the AGM.
2. Encourage the current person to show their own car in concours next year.
