hi ya....yeah i was at ford fair....and twas a good show too...and i picked up a pile a parts for my escorts
to tell you the truth my internet was down for all of last week, i cudnt get yur no. or pm you.....(which is the truth)...and i had no other access outside this computer...i was looking around for yur car inside which didnt bring no luck either....only got your pm 20 mins ago which you sent wednesday...which you were looking for confirmation...
if you feel dat badly about losing 14 sterling and a few bob on petrol...ill refund you!!!! arent you lucky yur not out of pocket by 4500 sterling which i was when i left silverstone.....i had every intention of taking it off you....but as seeing you've a bit of an attitude with what has happened well you know what to do with it....and in relation to parting with a cheque...well i rather part with my cash there and then....which im sure you would too...

I've met Rob and found him to be a decent, honest and upfront guy. Put yourself in his shoes Fordmad and how would u have felt? The decent thing would be to contact Rob yourself and sort the problem out so you're both happy, i'm sure he'd understand if your reasons are what u say they are.

Rob is well known, extremely knowledgeable, and highly respected. He goes out of his way to help people. His prices are always good.

If you had been selling the parts in the same circumstances how would you feel?

Any of the bigger traders would have had his mobile no. and the world is full of computers. Your excuse sounds flimsy at best.

Why not reimburse his costs? It's more a principle thing than actual money anyway. What you may or may not have spent is your concern only, and irrelevant here.

I will not comment on this issue further.

I actually thought you might have been in the country the week before the show, so that was why my PM's went unread, even so, my phone number was correct and it wouldn't have taken a rocket scientist to have programmed it into his phone at the time I sent it.

I don't want reimbursing, it is the principle of the whole thing.

If I say I'm going to do something I do it, or let the person involved know what is happening.

You did neither.
