guess who i met down in the woods today.................


Walters arena is actually Rheola forest, nearest village is Glyn Neath/Seven sisters and is just a few minutes off the A4685. (if looking at scale maps, it is just west of Merthyr Tydfil or approx 12 miles north east of Swansea)

It is a fantastic venue for spectating, with the "arena" section offering the Yumps and action around the lake.

for those "anoraks" out there, it is called Walters arena as local civil engineering contractor Walters UK own and work the land, however you will find no reference to Walters arena on any maps, - look for Rheola Forest, and yes, it is the stage used on Wales Rally GB, all be it a shortened version.

just spoke with the Custom, ...**** me, what an entry, Andy Burton (pug cosworth), middleton, damien cole, mad mick, jamie Belton, Will Onions (who uses this BB / site) and other quality names, looks set to be a blinder.

c'mon guys, get your arses over here and support the lads, if anyone wants to meet beforehand i will gladly sort something out (i live a few minutes from the venue)
