Has anyone took anything broken back on their lifetime guarantee? I have broken a socket and extension bar

i have taken stuff back,as long as it was broken when in proper use and is a halfords item they should change it with no hassel

yeah a couple of our techs use halfords gear and they exchange it there and then for them!

I think they just open up a new set and take the tools out for replacement.
