Well after some recent developments and a good think I have just re-joined the Ford RS Owners club today.

Lets see how things go .

sent application with bank details on for payment registerd post, heard nothing so phoned emma, she tells me ohh weve changed address i havent got your application! so i tell her i sent it and it was delivered to your old address on 9 june at 12.23 pm, she says ohh yeah ive got a card saying sorry we missed you! but never did anything about it! so i phone royal mail back and they tell me its sat at there local sorting office (pangbourne) waiting to be collected! phone emma back, she takes my application over phone but as yet not got my origainal application back, a bit concerned as its got my bank details on it!

Rsoc

After a quick chat it appears I cannot get my original membership number back. The RSOC will however cross reference my new application. My long standing membership was stopped a number of years ago when a certain MK2 club was set up.

I have held back rejoining the club to gauge what sort of opinion MK2 RS owners have had of the RSOC. This is one of the main reasons I have now decided to decided to rejoin.

I hope we will now see some positive changes that will bring together genuine enthusiasts of the RS marque. My personal interest is and has always has been the MK2 RS.
