          how steep are the hills over there ? anything like the lakes in severity ? or is it that they just go on and on and on

                  the alps are quite managable , steady climbs but very long sometimes an hour and a half climbing, but the pyrenees are very steep like the steep part on the lakes tour but 10 to 20 km long, but once your up you goto come down , some of the decents are 20 - 30 mins long and up to 60mph , wwwhhhheeeeeehhheeeeeyyyyyy , the tv coverage just can't get the severity over on screen

                    Yes it is, with twin 45's....sounds mint. It'll do for a couple of years till I get summat else in there....maybe a crossflow back in.
