Not a works competition car but with a VX reg could have been a production prototype?

Neither the registrations nor the chassis number appear to be "works". I don't have Havoc X Files with me so can't tell you want the chassis number stands for.

So far as the "48" the early twinks, Nov 67 to March 68 were numbered 48, type 49 number appeared from around April/May 1968.

                      Found the "X Files".

                      "BD" seems to be wrong.

The second letter should only be B, F, C or K.
