one week to go til i go on the tour de france

next week myself and 14 others will be meeting Ken Livingstone the Mayor of london, just before he sets us of on the first stage of the Tour de France around london , the day after the fun begins 140 miles from london to canterburry , yes on a push bike , then onto the tunnel to france , for three weeks and 3000 miles around france on aversge 120 miles a day , we face about 5 days in the alps and a similar number in the pyrenees , been training hard but not hard enough, so you all relax while i'm having fun , hope the weather pics up a little , and i must say i'm shit-ng myself , anyone else doing any silly things this summer

no not the duc , its a TREk Madone full 110 carbon with a shimano dura ace groupset, for the spotters amoungst you , nice and light
