Ok, out of interest, now we have all been doing some mileage in our cars this year, what do you think your all getting to the gallon?
I know it depends on spec/driving, but Classic Ford trip for me was 430 miles there and back, with a few "plays" on the way. I was astonished to find mine was doing 36mpg! with twin 45's! It has a 5 speed which must help

I worked it out to 12 gallons or so Aled, 35.83 mpg

We did especially on the way home, oh and my temp problem was great on the way home, it was 3/4-red on the way up, didn't go above half on the way home. Heaters were still blowing cold though, but I don't mind that

Last tank full on my standard (as far as I know) 4 speed Mk1 Mex was 240 miles worth
