  • Am I going insane?

I know, I know.....it's probably a blonde moment etc etc.......but I have to say, whenever I go to Classic car shows, and there is a shortage of Fords, the Triumphs always act as a magnet to me. Especially the TR 7 's and TR 8's.

Does anyone else have a soft spot for them or am I losing my marbles???? Pics below......

I think I'll go to bed b4 the abuse starts....

i quite like the dogshit brown one

yellow one looks nice from behind

i like all 70's things tho - to do with when i grew up me thinks

brett and me followed a yellow dolly sprint down past brum on sunday and it brought all the memories back as my dad used to have one, PLJ 713M, i think
                  best car he ever had

same as grum...I like most things from the 70's.
Nearly bought a TR7 instead of the RS, had a poor mans one last year I got a FIAT X19 for £30 and run that for 5 months until the ticket run out then scrapped it.

I'm the same as most people on here "liking" stuff from the 70's. My missus thinks I'm too nostalgic
My thoughts on the TR7's is, I wouldn't have one now, but I still like them, and I am glad that there are enthusiasts keeping them alive.
                            Didn't they make a V8 as well?
Anyway if it they were good enough for Ray Doyle before he got his RS2000, then who can knock them!
