just started on my house yesterday, site was cleared & this morning the foundations are being dug & pouring the concrete tomorrow ...its been a long time coming....new garage will be arriving hopefully before the end of year

stress aint the word man....its getting the money that has caused me alot of stress so far....but now there so am happy......

garage is going to be more than a double.....will be able to fit 9 cars into it...45ft x 30ft

will get some pics up next week....

ive had it handy as i designed the house & am getting all the certs etc for free plus i didnt cost me anything to get the job done...id say it would have cost €8k or lower to get the whole job done from an architect....
