This is what I use on the 500...

Polish - Poorboy's Polish with Carnauba Blue
Glaze - ClearKote Red Moose Glaze
            Sealant - Poorboy's EX
Wax - Poorboys Natty's Blue finishing wax

            For more info www.polishedbliss.co.uk

It explains the 4 coat process and claybars etc

Been using Meguairs now for about a month on 3 different coloured cars and the results i got have been BRILLIANT, been using MER for years and b4 that i used Auto Glym, none of them give an instantly deeper gloss shine as much as the Meguairs did, Thought i was using a T Cut its that good!!!! Megs 4 me !!!

Never tried it, but if its anything like SwissVax it will be great.

I use a mix for products from Megs & Swissvax (Swissol)

Clay bars are a god send.

I was demo'd the Swissvax product by a member of the Dorest group at last years regional day on my RS, few weeks later I had their entry level product and this year I have got the mid range product. Not paying £1200 + for the top of the range product .
