Sure is mate, but sick of modern stuff really, I have nearly sold my Mitsubishi Evo 8 and i'm downgrading, and thought of one of these!

You had one or have one, what colour, running costs, parts etc, what like to live with, if you had one, when?

I'm glad to have my Fiesta Zetec (2001), I wouldn't want to drive the RS every day well not in STD trim anyway.

Modern cars are so much more straightforward to drive

i had one about 6 years ago now running cost is a bit high if you go to BMW like i did... ..but they are a very strong car and you can still buy almost every part for it from BMW...
nice and easy to drive and they behave in town...and just when you want it press the pedal and out comes the aRSe....

very good car and i have another one some day ..but only the german LHD one .there the best

All E30 M3's where German LHD, some were converted to RHD for racing over here, but not by BMW

                            M-tech car ?

mate had a limited edition e30 evo 1, cracking car. It was some limited edition car named after DTM driver Johnny Cecotto, LHD 2.0 german import.

                              No such car Paul.

All E30 M3's are 4 cylinder and LHD.

There have been some converted, but not by BMW.

If it was a 6 cylinder car then it was either a 320i sport or a 325i sport possibly with an MTEC kit on it, such as side skirts front air dam and boot spoiler. Leather seats and different steering wheels were all options too.

A good mate of mine has a couple of these, and they are almost as good as the M3.

The M3 uses a different body shell to the regular 2 door E30 models, the rear window has a different rake, the front windscreen is bonded in instead of being on a rubber, the boot lid is different etc etc etc.

I've researched these quite a bit as I was going to buy one a few years ago, but could only find high mileage snotters at the time.
                              Cheers Rob.
