Went a little mad at the w/e

Went over to Llanelli for the rugby (we got stuffed on the pitch but never mind). They were much better than us.

2 day session, and the journey home, taxi, train, boat and finally a 2.5 hour drive was a nightmare. Still tired, dehaydrated, and have a feeling of side to side motion.

On the upside I had a good time and made a complete fool of myself less than 3 times. The would have been proud

I was there last weekend, dropped in to see my folks as they live in Llanelli.

I've had the kids all day today. Tough station.

Laughing about some of the stupid things I did late at night.

A few days away to get clear of all the bull going on at home was just the ticket.

Ok. Today I'm in full recovery. I think I'll take a few days/weeks off the liquor.

Still a bit messed up, but it's coming round....
