What the RS?

Have seen a pic of it on a board somewhere, from years ago.

NHK295M from the Sweeney the only survivng car from that series is under resto at mo. in the South West.

There's a rumour that some other bloke has NHK in his garden and won't sell it, it could of course be the stunt double for NHK, anybody know anymore about that one?
