Depression - can anyone cheer me up ?

I'm in a nasty down slide at the moment.

Even the prospect of buying another RS2000 isn't doing much to raise my mood.

Smashing the bike, and having all the grief from insurers/solicitors/no-win no-fee ambulance chasers etc is getting me down too.

Job's shite as well which doesn't help.

I wish i had the nerve to express how i feel at the moment, and ive been like this since November.
Been advised to give my job up which looks like its going to happen then what

all I can say is chin up mate get out of it quick.

go outside, walk for a few hours, breathe in some fresh air, gaze at a lovely sky, look at all the beautiful natural things around you, glory in the fact that you have a home, a roof over your head and you're fed.

finally remember all the life that has EVER existed on earth (well 99.999999999%) is now gone forever, including human life and glory in the fact that as Pearl Jam said:

"I'm still Alive".

Thats what gets me through all the shit that comes me way.
