    fitting Polybushes is!
    Just spent an hour getting one TCA back into the X member!

    Another side to do in a few days.....yipeee!!

    Yep, it's a b'stard of a job if you're on your own. Just wait until you've got both TCA's fitted and you're trying to get the ARB back in place. I never realised I was quite that strong !

    Try warming the bushes up in very hot water before plugging them into the TCA and pushing it home into the X-member. You might also want to grease up the inner faces of the X-member with a little vaseline.

      Yep, I used copper grease on the inner faces of the X memeber. As I said , other side to do in a few days!

      Once that is done, get the thing a fresh MOT, get my bonnet painted and off we go........(unless I decide to get an Escort Cosworth instead???)

          Just had a chat with the missus, and you will never believe this, she said I can get an Escort Cosworth AND keep the cossie Mk2!!!

          Just have to see if there is one I want and seriously think whether it is worth spending a lot of money on an Escort?
          We shall see.....
