They are not very common. There seems to be loads of workshop manuals but the handbooks are rarely seen.

I haven't been to many shows recently but when I was looking for one they were in the £40+ bracket from traders.

BUT there were a load of very good copies on eBay recently. The trader had found a "box full" and wasn't perpared to say if they were old stock or very good repros. They were priced accordingly.
