Hit them with the copyright law.

Even if those pictures were taken by you as a private individual you own the copyright laws to them, and if they are being used without your permission, they are in breach of copyright.

I had some pictures that I took at Epynt a couple of years ago that got used by a motorsport company for their adverts in the Motoring News and I proved it was mine................................... the rest is history.
