4, 12 hr night shifts kill me, although at least you can get used to doing nights, i alternate 1 week nights 1 days , 1 nights, then days again. never no what the h*ll day it is.

i do 3 shifts nights lates earlys and you never seem to get use to either still my last night tonight till the next lot
