Depends on the wheel quality! If they are good i wouldn't mind a set,Know they're not o.e but my cars not mint and never will be so would look at them from a looks point of view only! Had an genuine RS500 injector set up last year.Lot of people said collins repro would de-value original sets.It didn't seem to. Takes out the worry of buying old sets that are damaged,noticed a few boys have been stitched on here! All depends on your point of view regarding Genuine components i suppose! Still like the idea of getting a new set of wheels that look the buisness and you know you can replace easily if you damage them!

Full credit to the Capri club for their remanufacturing, wheel will be true and round and unkerbed. I still think most anoraks will want the right date stamp/ Ronal logo etc on them and go the second hand route.

i heard that one of the capri clubs were getting these remade. look good by all accounts, i'd rather have an old set though

I would have a set rather than pay £500 + for a good set of originals and you know these would probably be better alloy than the old ones

once you've painted and polished them you would not notice the ronal logo missing , well not much anyway

These wheels are brand new, not old stock, they are made by Capri Club International and not available elsewhere.

As for the Ronal Logo that could easily have been made into an RSOC logo

Who knows maybe the RSOC Reman man will come up with some Old Skool re-man parts

They do look the muts nuts, I would have a set for everyday use then you could keep the Ronels for shows.

Have asked the question on the RSOC in the members section if they are going to look at remaking parts for the older cars of the club, lets see what happens.

i think they look very nice, no need to refurb the old ones plus it would be easier to get em polished etc.....id say they will sell well

Thay may also be looking at making 7x15 RS 4 spokes as a number of people have asked.

Already got my name on a set when they make them.
