again, easy to sort, just go the tesco way, card first, fuel after. France have it right, pay first then get your fuel.
The only reason the govt havent gone down the VED on fuel route is because half of wales would be going back to sha***ing sheep were it not for swansea.....oh and not to forget their sale of dubious number plates which of course no one would misrepresent!!
