According to the ad in Classic Ford (page 135)

"MKI/MKII Escort Old Skool Show Area"

So as many MKI and II's need to be at Cumbria on the Saturday for a drinky poos, camping and Bar-b-q

Then on to the Heaves Hotel on Sunday morning to swamp the show with loads of nice Old Skool cars !

I believe that ALL MKI and MKII Escorts are welcome to park up in the show area - so it will be a lot more secure as well

Judge - good luck with mot and bring as many MKII's as you can.

No membership to any club is needed - just pay your show entry fee and be part of the biggest MKI and MKII Escort Old Skool display EVER ! (probarbly)

Cheers Dave, all fingers and toes crossed for the mot. Really looking forward to seeing and being part of the old skool display at Cumbria. Up for the beers on saturday night too, will bring my industrial sized cool box stocked with fine ales.

Just seen pics of SKC on Turbosport.. looking very very nice, hope to see it in the flesh soon.

can the show organiser confirm this, that a area has been set aside?

i'll be camping if its sunny

I second that Topaz is in charge of the parking arrangement.

I hear he is quite partial to arranging flowers so a load of MKI and MKII's should be no problem !
