you could get away with the holes were the
valves come out as they'd be covered with
the base of the valves.
but as for the paint no-way...

infact on looking again that 1st one does look bad,
looks to me like someone from ATS as used a
claw hammer to get the valve out !

My guess is that RACE are buying up the wheels that don't meet compomotives quality control.
As propably 95% of there customers are rallying on the wheels they are not worried about the finish. As long as the wheels are round & the tyres fit that's all they will be worried about.
Did they sell you the wheels with a big discount over the retail price from compomotive.??
I know superlight sell their wheels that have imperfections in the paint at a reduced price but state why they are cheaper.

Was there not a sale of wheels recently, not sure who from but they were Minilite replicas, where they were a good bit cheaper due to dirt / dust in the paint ??

Just a thought as they may have gotten a cheapdeal on them due to the slight paint deffects ???
