just took delivery of 4 new ml's, very unhappy with paint finish also finish around valve seats, lots of dirt in paint,bubbles etc anyone else have same problem?

one thing to take note of here.
You are allowed to send them back, no questions asked, under the 'The Distance Selling Regulations Act' as long as you do this in 7 days.
Put a note in to say your reason for return (Distance Selling Act) You do not need to give a reason, they do not have to be faulty.
This Act covers both phone and internet purchases.

you WILL get your money under the distance selling regulations act. I bought 2 very expensive computer lcd screens and they arrived both with dead pixels and because it didnt meet the minimum number of dead pixels they said they wouldnt change them and they were not faulty. I sent them back at my cost and my credit card refunded me plus the cost of post.
If you paid by credit card also you can claim it through them (keep proof of collection or get courier to sign something to say he picked them up)Last edited by topaz; 10-01-2007, 11:53.

a warning, never pay for anything on your switch card if you think there might be something wrong with the item, you are not insured.
here are the wheels, they would be going back if I bought too.
If he gives you any shit saying that these are fine then say you retuned them under distance selling regulations and the CAB told you to do this. Remember to get proof of post back.
