I for one do not want to go to a car show every weekend this year. Is it just me who thinks the whole show scene is getting far too cluttered?
Yes I have an interest in cars, but there is more to summer than looking at the same cars in a different field.
The multitude of rs/ford/oldford/etc shows are watering the good ones down. At this rate we will only go to shows within a 40 mile radius and that will be a crying shame as there are loads of cars out there that none of us has seen.
What are your 'must attend' events of 2007? Here are mine...
1. Lakes Tour / Cumbria field show
2. National RSOC Day (am I the only one looking forward to watching some pro drivers driving their old fords, wheel to wheel in anger)
3. Works Team/Avo Day Camping Extravaganza
4. Croft RSOC Track Day (On track hopefully)
5. Ford Fair
That's about all I am attending this coming year, maybe Burnley as its very local and only if the weather is good, nice venue, maybe a picnic with the family.
