sorry to hear that tim, i've learnt in the past that being paid off not to go through insurance means you can end up getting sticthed up

hope u ok tim you must get to the docs for a medical check up and then get signed off for a couple of days and bob's your auntie , personnal injury claims specialist then a few quid in pocket if you get stuck i can possibly help as i had the same stunt 2 years ago
