  • Declared Knackered

Well, Got the news I was dreading today. Results of my back scan.

I have 2 vertibrae which have fused together and 2 nore which arn't moving. My bottom 2 discs have worn out but are still intact for the time being. I have also problems with my Ham-strings in both legs which are incredibly tight. Doc said I will have to live with this now for the rest of my life

Tis the end of me playing compettitive squash and I might be able to carry on playing Golf but will have to "Take it easy"

Been signed off for another 6 weeks and have to attend physio now every week. Going to have next week off but will go back to work for "Light duties" the week after as I am rapidly running out of savings.

    All together........****ED OFF!

          kev,
give you £25 for the squash racket, and £40 for your golf clubs ? - or £60 for both.

sorry to hear the news mate, you will cope with it as you are the type to not let it bother you,

          chin up,

theres a thing in todays daily mail, about stem cell's being able to heal bad backs, tried to find a link online, but the mails website is a bit crap. it says a few years yet, but you may not have to put up for ever with it??
