Well, Got the news I was dreading today. Results of my back scan.
I have 2 vertibrae which have fused together and 2 nore which arn't moving. My bottom 2 discs have worn out but are still intact for the time being. I have also problems with my Ham-strings in both legs which are incredibly tight. Doc said I will have to live with this now for the rest of my life
Tis the end of me playing compettitive squash and I might be able to carry on playing Golf but will have to "Take it easy"
Been signed off for another 6 weeks and have to attend physio now every week. Going to have next week off but will go back to work for "Light duties" the week after as I am rapidly running out of savings.
All together........****ED OFF!

very sorry to hear this kev, did he say the ham string injury was caused by you overcompensating posture for yer bad back? is ther no operation they can do to help?? i dont know if taking it easy helps cos it will still hurt.
