Any around now shouldn't be used for original pupose as they are likely to crumble away into a plie of dust if knocked. No doubt of considerable value though.
......but no sump guard is "Group 1", then or now...FIA Groups, then as now allow free underbody protection on rallies. What you couldn't do in Group 1 is "tube" or strengthen the chassis rails to fit a sump guard.
