Tonight at the DoRSet RSOC meeting, a Gimp badge was spotted, Grum and myself were feeling well left out !!

Glad u enjoyed yrself dave, as Grum said in the summer the car park is full of RS, mainly old Skool cars, certainly a sight, always room for a red pop tho :-)

Graham, on way home it wasnt the citroen garage thats there now, its the one a few hundred metres up from that where i think the ford garage was. much larger premises

If its the one I am thinking about it was owned by the Haynes family but it was a Toyota dealership.. the family used to live in the same road as me.

late 80s i think Mark, i think there have been a few dealers there, Toyota seems to ring a bell, have dig out some old car adverts from mags.

remember that there used to be a ford garage in ferndown at that main traffic lighted junction opposite to where the fire station is heading back to west parley lights
will speak to pops at weekend - he was a panel beater all his working life on the industrial estate - used to do alot of work for various franchises in the bmth area
