the stuff is all with the solicitor, we originally set a ceiling of £1000 to be going on that but its gone way over that, but my solicitor is still doing the work for nothing as he feels we have been very harshly treated, thats why its taking a bit longer as hes fitting it in when he can - i'm not in no rush at mo and now all paper work has been signed and witnessed it's just a case of the prick next door signing etc
