it's not that bad mines looks worse, i have a lower back panel if your stuck for one and try oldpartstore on 01493488324 they do full sills for £32.50 a side lot cheaper tha express panels ones they also do a posts and rs2000 wings quite cheap and a lower door frame repair section for £23.50 try www.oldpartstore.co.uk

just been checking and it was built Saarlous in November 1975,

My chassis ends UR00304 U=Oct R=1978 00304=the 304th Ford manufactured in that month
Bri yours was the 1030th built in the month/year within your chassis number
If I remember right Kels car is number 11
