Maybe not the best title for someone requiring help .

Sometimes when on the web I push the wrong button to do Capitals or something, and the webpage loses the header and footer and becomes the full size of the screen.

How can I do this deliberatly and how can I toggle back?

Please ignore any smelling mistooks.
