anyway on returning to the pay machine put the card in and waited to see how much was due - at least 20 seconds passed before julie saw me looking at the £12.00 in disbelief that was now displayed on the screen

it worked out at 70p per 15mins there

thinking about it on the way home i reckon its something to do with Robbo - he and the ncp have a deal where money is secretly put into a slush fund to keep the 'pop' on the road - it can be the only thing behind it
