Right then, had the day off to build a new concrete base for a garden shed, knocked out a concrete post and cut down the reinforcing wires (or so i thought) dug all the soil away and stepped back and i had left about 6" of steel bar which went straight through boot, foot and out the top!!!!
It hurts like hell

one of my mates did the exact same thing, i had to make him go to hospital to get it looked at cos he just said "na its fine i got a plaster on it!!"
