He needs hanging up by his arms then a nice little cut under both big toes and left to bleed out nice and painfully thats what should happen to these sickos we have one that hides in the trees up the road from us and watches the kids play and its only a matter of time till he is there at the same time im around then he will be found in a shallow grave in the woods
