    sounds a bit late but im sure your right, the stripped up pop broke down on way home, alternator packed up, driving down M3 with no lights then totally wouldnt run. Phil Wren then towed us with his RS1800 until we thought it was time to call it a day. AA very nice man gave us a lift.

        John M. took me out in his RS18, then said "now you drive"
        Hope he got home ok, as I wasn't used to LH shifting ...

        Oh yes that alt-mount, still have it somewhere.
