I bought a set of "new" mk2 door handles off ebay, I was the highest bidder at quite a substansial sum as you can imagine.
They arrived and I wasnt happy with the condition, they were described as "new" but had plenty scratches on them. One wasnt that bad (passenger) but I already had a passenger one and its a drivers I have been after for 4 years now and is one of the parts stopping my car being painted.
I contacted the seller to tell him this, he said that they possibly had some more and to send them back.
I sent them back.
Months passed, dispite several messages sent, no refund or replacement handles. Not replying to emails now.
I have sent yet another email and I hope if he is reading this he will sort me out.
They are a respected trader who advertise in the main magazines, I dont want to name and shame just yet but its very frustrating.
