a bit like their club we all have tried to point them in the right direction lets hope they hold an agm and the leadership issue gets resolved !!!!!!!

can anyone explain how the club is run ?
i.e
1 is it a members club, with the membership having an AGM / set of annual accounts and so on.
2 Is the club "privately" run, ie do one /two W.H.Y. make the decisions about the club and its finances.
3 Does the club have a policy ? ie what are the membership rules and regs, does it allow only Escort MK2's (all types).
4 Does the Club publish an annual profit and loss sheet for its members.
5 what are the clubs mediums with members, i.e. web site, magazine, - anything else, AGM, a national meet, etc
sorry to be intrusive but its a mystery on how the club appears to be run. if someone can explain the above it should remove a lot of the queries i and others have. I am not a member, the main reason is that i do not understand how the club is Run, and by whom (committee or individual), and what its objectives are.

Usually the AVO "dump" the MKII Club away from all their own cars !
Stanford Hall owners are very greedy so another venue who do not want the gate money will surely be more financially benefical to the club ?
Not for me to get involved in the finances raised for the club (surely this is what a Nat Day is partially for though) but I bet the AVO wont go 50/50 on money raised !

well i think if they were to resolve their leadership issues and actually did what they say there are going to when they say then we would all be happy members but whilst it is as it is mine dough is staying in my lucy
hope them all the best going strength to strength but i feel members will vote with their wallets
