some help needed please

i have had one bad day with BT they put me up for a 4 meg service and a wireless service aswell
i got all the bits in the post and tried to install it all and it was all ok untill i took out the cable to make it wireless
i have been on the phone for 4 1/2h today trying to sort it out with BT
after being on the phone with them for all this time they tell me i am not a customer of BT and cut the call off...
i phoned back only to be told the same thing
so i told them i will stop the DD in my bank they said "thats ok you don't have a account with us" so i done it...i wonder how long it will take befor they send me a red letter asking for there money

anyway what i need to know is who is the best internet provider for me to go with...?...

any help please but it must be very good co
and i don't mind paying £25 for a 4 meg service

I'm with Nildram, not had a problem for 3 years, although I waiting to go with the SKY service as its free for sky subscriber or £10 for 10Mb unlimited download.
