Am unable to make it tomorrow to Criche Ford Show

Had car back from Radtec after having radiator modified and a custom oil catch tank made includes a mount for clutch fluid reservoir as well

Fitted it all together and went for an extended road test tonight

Got 2 offers off other car drivers to sell em the car lol (NFC)

Went from M5 onto M6 (I may say it myself - it went like f**k)

Got off at Jct 9

Loads of blue "oil" smoke from under car

Went back to unit and found oil leaking from dizzy "jack" shaft seal

Also alternator bearings have collapsed

But again I gotto say "it went like f**k" - lol lol lol lol

Ah well back on ramp in morning !

Its the reason I got the pulley system !!

Damage to bearings was caused during previous fan belt set-up !

Toothed belt can be set loose and put no stress on bearings unlike a conventional belt set-up

at least the wont be able to knock now bud the oil will save it for a good while just look under mine it used to spue at least a 1lt of oil at each track day under the car that roughly is 20 lt of 20/50 should keep it good for a while u will sort it m8 just teething trouble's

but u must watch out for the :knob:
